Nikno’s Top 5

Make sure you get your Nikno fix this Saturday at Voltage since it will be the last time I will be playing in San Diego until September 5th! But don’t despair, if you can’t go a month without Nikno, you can always jump on a plane to Puerto Vallarta and hear Nikno at Club Manana on Saturday, August 15th. Here are some of my favorite tunes at the moment. You’ll be sure to hear all of these at Voltage. I also recorded my set from Popsicle at 4th & B and I’ll be providing that for free download soon.
1. TV Rock feat. Rudy - In The Air (Axwell Remix)
This song will be taking over dance floors this summer. The simple but addictive hook will have you jumping up and down. Feel good, euphoric and uplifting just like Nikno likes it.
2. Mariah Carey - Obsessed (Haji & Emmanuel Mix)
Leave it to Seamus Haji and Paul Emmanuel to take a crappy Mariah song and turn it into a great club hit. This song has the classic big room sound we expect from Haji & Emmanuel and should breathe some new life into this song.
3. Romain Curtis & Seamus Haji - I’ve Been Looking (Seamus Haji Vocal Mix)
Every time I play this several people come up and ask me the name of the track. It’s instantly infectious and is one of those tracks that sounds simply amazing in the club. This has Anthem written all over it.
4. Cascada - Evacuate The Dance Floor (Chriss Ortega Bigroom Mix)
Cascada is back with another smash hit that lights up the dance floor every time. Huge vocals and a thumping bassline ensure success for this one. Comes in a variety of mixes with Chriss Ortega and The Wideboys leading the pack.
5. David Penn & Peter Gelderblom - Miracle of Love (Vocal Mix)
Beautiful, amazing and infectious are just three words that describe this hit that is sure to ignite any dance floor. Great for a late night set.

LYS feat. Mooli - San Francisco Rain (Original Mix)
While not a club banger, I thought I would include a more mellow track on this list. The beautiful vocals will make you want to fall in love and the chill groove is perfect for starting or ending the night.
